[bksvol-discuss] books with Hold on them

One reason I'd like to be able to take at least 6 or 7 books is to get that
irritating Hold for Grnandma Cindy off the download list. I'm working on some
time-consuming books. I could release it and am fairly sure that no one else
will take it--it is quite long and may have a lot of footnotes.
