I guess more people probably scan because it gives a higher credit than
validating and both are about the same amount of work, if done right. There
were almost 700 books on the books in progress list yesterday, and that's a lot
of books.
I wonder what would happen if Bookshare took the $2.50 for submissions and 50
cents for validations and changed it to be $3 per book total like it is now,
but $1.50 to submit and $1.50 to validate?
I wonder if books would be more carefully validated or if there would just be
more validators?
