Hi Mike,

Good point.  Hopefully, Ann, this isn't the case with your book.  I have 
validated several books with missing page breaks.  So long as all or most of 
the page numbers remained in place, I have added the breaks where needed and 
accepted the book.

Hi Ann,
The Manual says reject the book if more than ten percent of the page breaks
are missing.  Hope this helps.
