Hi all,

I have two books I'm working on. The first one's excellent! the second one is a problem. It was scanned using Open Book, and the scanner scanned two pages at a time, but didn't tell OB that was what was going on. So, I have these long pages, some have page numbers in the middle of the long pages so I have been putting in page breaks, but some pages do not. This book has a table of contents and if the pages aren't right, the table of contents will be all katty-wampus.

What should I do? Somebody took this book and then released it. I know why. They didn't give any comments though, which would have helped. Advice, please?
