Hi Jamie. You're working hard to do a good job, and I'm grateful for that. I
know you haven't realized this, but it is a violation of your agreement with
Bookshare to send a file your working on to someone else, even a fellow
volunteer. I don't want to sound legalistic here. I just don't want you or
anyone else to get in trouble over it. Since page numbers aren't required
and you've done your best to proofread the book, just upload it and let
Carrie take a look at it. If she thinks it needs more work, she'll kick it
back to the check-out pool with a note that it needs further editing from
someone with the print book. It's nice to have page numbers when you can
clearly tell where they should go. That can't happen with every scanned
book, so you're not letting anyone down by uploading the book as is. We just
have to have page breaks in our files, and retaining page numbers is best if
they're in place from the scan. You're doing a good job. Keep up the good
work.
