[bksvol-discuss] Re: block quotes

For block quotes, I reset the margins so that the
quote  is indented rather than use tabs or spaces.
Whether or not that is kept, I don't know. I also skip
a line or two before and after.

Because someone said he/.she preferred it, I was
putting an asterisk in the skipped line. I've stopped
doing that figuring that if the skipped line s closed
up it doesn't really matter. Should I go back to using
the asterisk?
