Robert,
Well, if the text seems to make sense I wouldn't worry about the page
breaks. There are existing page breaks, which is the most important thing
for right now. Don't worry about the ISBN number--they often don't scan well
and they're not required anyway. I would say if the text makes sense you can
go ahead and upload as is. But if text seems to be missing that's another
matter.
