Another question is this, NIRA BOOKS is located in Canada but I didn't see
anything for the U.S but since there is an isbn number must be okay. Just
going through the book don't see any more chapter headings.

Robert,
what program are you using to edit the file? And as far as the chapters go,
do they make sense or does it seem to be mixed up? It could be that the
submitter had to enter the chapter numbers and just lost track, in that case
you could just correct the numbers. But if the text makes less sense than
would seem reasonable there may be another issue.
