I don't think there are any hard and fast rules about this since it's information that's in addition to the text of the actual book. I usuallyput them together at the front of the book with no break in between. I evendelete out the words "continued on back flap" and "continued from frontflap." If it breaks in the middle of a sentence, I just put it together asif there was no break. Again, I don't know of any rules about this, but as a reader, this is the only thing that makes any sense to me. HTH.
