Amen, I agree.

But my question is:
If front flap and front cover are in the front
and
back cover and back flap are in the back

and front flap ends in mid sentence
and back cover flap picks up that sentence,
They all go in the back?

I don't like it either. I prefer the pleasure of being introduced to a
book, so to speak. That's what the jacket does.

Gary is right. The manual does say to put the book cover and book jacket
material at the end of the scan because of page numbering.

That doesn't make sense to me but there must be something I don't know
about the page numbering.
