Hi, Lori. The apostrophies may be missing. My OCR sometimes leaves them out just before an s. Like in the case of man's or doll's... Anything that shows possession. I do a search and replace for s That is space the letter s and a space and then replace it with 's That is apostrophe s and a space. I performed a find for an apostrophe and none are showing up. Maybe it is a single quote, but wouldn't the screen reader announce a quote? Any ideas?
