Hi Gail.
I have an Epson perfection 500, but I think mine's a lemon, the
glass works great, although it scans rather slow when compared to my
opticbook, but the automatic document feeder doesn't seem to work
properly. I don't think this is reflective of this product however, as
the man from Kurzweil said epsons "just work."
