Hi Pam,
Reggie sent in a tip that said when he replaces a filename, you know, when
your computer says the filename exists? When he said yes, the upload was
accepted by bookshare. I spent all night fiighting with my PC and the
website trying to get my first validation accepted, but his suggestion does
work.
