[bksvol-discuss] any ideas

I am getting this error message for the last month or so. I have written
support@xxxxxxxxxxxxx twice now and haven't gotten any response and with the
a.c.b convention here they are even busier. I have uninstall and download
victor reader again and also with the unpacked tool it won't say
c\mydocuments\whatever the tittle is, it just say c\. Here's the error
message with windows XP home as the o.p.s.

I have written to Canada and they told me to write bookshare.
