If part of the chapter title is a title, not an arabic (or roman numeral)
and is not on a line below the words "Chapter ..." must I leave a space
between the 2 parts or can I put a colon before the title?
e.g., Chapter 4 The Men Who Came to Dinner Should that remain or should
it be Chpter 4: The Men Who Came to Dinner
