Just go to Jake's site, log in, and fill out a form. Adding things on
Jake's site is that simple. You'll need to register, though, if you've
never done so. Just be sure to write the tip as if no one knows what you're
talking about when they pull it up. Something like what you put in your
original message should be adequate along with the list.
