Gary and listers,

Titles should be as follows as I teach my fifth graders

The The should be Capitalized capitalized

Then any important words in the title should be capitalized.

And the word following a colon should be capitalized.

So for Example

The Wizard Behind Harry Potter: The Biography of J.K. Rowling.

Or The Life and Times of a Dog.

being an interruption, a distraction,
in the life of a nation, is close to
the center of a nation's purpose - and
is a test of the quality of a nation's
civilization"
