One of the easiest ways to quickly spot words which need correcting is the
use the rank spelling option in k1000. I do not know if you have this
program or not but it catches a lot of stuff. You need to turn off the
option to have the rank spelling check words beginning with capital letters
though or it picks up all the propper names of characters and places. Once
you turn off the capitalizing option though you can set your preferences so
you only have to turn it off that one time. Also, if you have Kurzweil,
use the option to make automatic corrections which is also in the tools
menu just below rank spelling option.
