Yess, there is a list of the 100 most downloaded books. When you enter the page containing the most popular books the default sort order that you are seeing is from most popular to least popular. That over forty thousand figure represents every book that has been downloaded at least once in the last month. If you select the number of titles to display per page as 100 then the 100 most popular downloads is right there in front of you. The next page is the second 100 most popular downloads. The page after that is the third 100most popular downloads and so forth. If books have been downloaded an equal number of times in the last month they will be listed in alphabetical order. That is, if you go to the last page you are going to see books that have been downloaded one time in the last month the titles of which start with a Z.

Is there a 100 most popular downloads? When I click on the most populardownloads I get over 40,000 books. I like the old 100 most downloaded bookslist but that hasn't been around for years.I think you'll get new members by offering unique books that they can't getelsewhere. For example I'll scour my libraries for a book I want to read, then the Michigan e-library system, and used book stores before I'll actually buy a book. But you can be sure when I buy one, it's one I really want and I do it because I can't get it elsewhere. The same will be true with getting new members who have not previously joined for one reason or another. Offer them something they just can't get anywhere else. -- Jamie in Michigan Currently Reading: I Am Nujood, Age 10 and Divorced by Nujood Ali Earn cash for answering trivia questions every 3 hours: http://instantcashsweepstakes.com/invitations/ref_link/49497 See everything I've read this year at: www.michiganrxtech.com/books.html
