So, if each article is its own heading, say heading level 3 and each section is its own heading say level 2, you can get to the subheadings by using h. If you are using Jaws or Window-Eyes, you can add a number to your h command so that you will only find headings of that size. For example, if you know that subheadings under sections are written in heading level 3 do an h3 or 3h command. I forget which screen reader uses which variety of h command. In Jaws its either h3 or 3h. In Window-Eyes it is the opposite. Sorry to be so vague. If using Jaws, download Surfing The Internet With Jaws from their support page.
