Hmmm. I get everything. What is your zip code? Maybe close to you only only colleges and universities have the book? I do somehow seem to have access on one computer via UCLA, though I don't know when that came about. My other computer I'm pretty sure is just me. Originally I think World Cat was only available to librarians. Maybe one has to register, which is free?
