Hi Melissa, Mayrie, and Everyone,

I'm using Word 2003 and I just turned on the paragraph marks feature.   The 
book 
looks like it just caught the measles! I have standardized the font type and 
size. I'm emboldening the chapter numbers as I go. The text is 12 pt.

Now I will put the advice I received into practice.  Thanks!
