Monica, Thanks for suggesting that one. I found it in my verbosity settings and I unchecked the styles button. After doing this the file is starting to cooperate with me and there's no more font styles being spoken anymore yeah! Thanks so much I would have never thought of that one until you suggested it. Also thanks to everyone on here for putting up with all my questions and hopefully these books I'm working on will be added to the collection soon! Well I'm off for now and thanks again! Take care everyone and let's hope there are no more issues with this book smiles! If so, you could tell it not to speak font changes there. For JAWS it's insert v for the verbosity. I have no clue what it would be for Window Eyes. However, I tried this twice now and it doesn't seem to be fixing the problem. Yes, the font styles are changing periodically throughout the file and changing the font and size doesn't seem to help. That was my first thought but after doing it again it's still not working. I'd hate to release it back to the list because it's the type of novel I enjoy reading. If others on here think I should release the book to the list to be scanned better then just let me know however I'd really like to read and proof it. If you could take a look throughout the windows menus more then I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks for all of your help and maybe this silly book will get to the collection somehow with stubbornness smiles! But first, replacing section breaks with page breaks works the same whether you use Windoweyes or JAWS as this is a word function. If Window Eyes is reading font styles, it must be because the fonts are changing. Have you selected the entire document with control+a then selected format with alt+o, entered on font and then selected one font and size such as Times new Roman 12? If the font size and style is the same throughout the document Window Eyes should not be speaking font changes. If these comments have not answered your questions, please ask again, and I will look at the Window Eyes menus in more detail.
