read after reading Reuben Snake, Your Humble Serpent
(which is not yet in the collection). The two books
reinforce each other?and also remind one of the story
of the Lakota Indians as told in Hanto Yo, which is a
long but wonderful history of the Lakota Indians told
as a novel.
