Maybe not indices, I have had my own doubts about whether it is worth the
bother to include those. But bibliographies are extremely useful and I would
be quite disappointed to read a book and find out that the bibliography had
been excised.

Hi Lori,
Indices and bibliographies are not considered core content to a book. So,
their exclusion is not grounds for rejection, as far as I know.

Hi,
There is a book that I'm considering proofing, "First Man" but in the
comments it says that the index and bibliography have not been included but
explains that the Notes which contain the citation info has been included.
It's a book of 700 plus pages. Does this have potential of being accepted
or
could it be deemed incomplete?
