Instead of releasing it upload it to the approval queue with a note in the
comments section to Carrie to return your corrected copy to the checkout list.
That way you will not lose the work you have already done on it.

I hear the cries of dedicated proofreaders for work, so, if someone wants
it, I will release Grand Domestic Revolution. I have a major project at
work, and have only been able to work on it sporadically. It is
interesting. It's about women's efforts to redesign houses and towns to
make it easier to share housework, cooking and childcare duties, so women
can be free to do other things.
I do not want it to fall into the jiffy process, because it does need a
bit of work, but really it's an excellent scan. I'd regret losing the
work I've done so far, but, if someone else wants it, and can do a good
job faster than I can right now, I'll release it. But you'd better be
able to grab it quick, before someone else jiffies it.
Just let me know.
