It would help, too, if the validator is the one who
rejects the book, if he/she would use the comments
section to explain why (apparently it was used in the
WIld Bill book but often i hasn't been) and also, if
the submitter's name and e-mail address is included,
if the validator would contact the submitter before
rejectiing.
