Earlier this week VAT (the Volunteer Advisory Team) had our first
teleconference with Bookshare staff members. One of the things
we asked for was a listing, accessible to all volunteers, of the
Bookshare staff that volunteers interact with.
Until that becomes available, here's a list of Bookshare staff I
just put together from looking through Bookshare's Facebook page.
1. Scanning and Validation Manager - Carrie Karnos
2. Volunteer Coordinator - Pavi Mehta. Pavi is currently on
sabbatical in India. She will be back in April.
3. Assistant to Volunteer Coordinator - Nicole Norton. Nicole is
filling in part-time for Pavi while Pavi is gone.

5. Assistant, Volunteer Program - Rick Costa
6. Customer Support Specialist - Rob Turner
7. Customer Support Manager - John Glass
