I am guessing that is best; I just didn’t know how active a role she plays in
processing since her roles are different than Madeleine’s were.

Might be worth emailing Vanessa instead of filing a book quality report,
since you know what the file you submitted was supposed to be like versus
what the converter did to it. Just a thought!

It just got in the collection this week and I found the problem today,
comparing it to our submissions. Didn’t know if there was a better way to
deal with it than a book quality report. Pretty tough since it was nearly
every page.

That's just weird, Valerie! Did you send an email in about it, since it
happened to a BSO you guys scanned yourselves?

It is definitely the long synopsis, but paragraph breaks have been
removed. I checked a couple of our books where I’d saved our long synopses
to confirm. I do not like the paragraphs being run together!
And speaking of “issues,” we recently did a BSO of “In A People House” to
replace some missing words and restore some formatting and punctuation.
Odd thing is it removed all the bolding and replaced most of it with
italics, but pages where all the words were bold were set to regular. Very
frustrating!
