I know what a pain it is to clear cache, Cindy, but since everyone else's books 
are getting in, the problem is more likely in your file or on your computer, 
unfortunately.

I've decided not to clear the cache; too much trouble to get everything back 
again, and I'm quite sure it's not the problem, i.e., that the problem is an 
engineering one at bookshare
