Good evening list mates!
I am proofreading many Nancy Drew books these days, and ran across a very, very
humorous scanno. Nancy's sidekick, Bess, was reacting and this was the sentence:
Bess's cheeks were pink with excrement by time they arrived at the gallery.
obviously excitement mis-scanned as excrement. I got quite the chuckle out of
it and had to share. Smiles.
