Hi all,
Sue and Roger: Right you are. We cannot change PQ books. The reason being that
this is the way the publishers have chosen to format the books. It may not be
ideal, but unfortunately we do need to respect the way they formatted it.

I think that the problem with volunteers with a print copy in hand adding page
numbers to publisher submissions is that they are not the same edition. You
would not, for example, use the third edition of a book to correct the
pagination in a first edition. Similarly, a print edition has an entirely
different pagination than an ebook. Namely, a print edition does have pages and
an ebook has no pages. That means that if you are going to insert page breaks
on the basis of a print book then you may as well just be inserting them
wherever you want without reference to anything.
