[bksvol-discuss] Validating with BrailleNote

Hi folks,
I'm sorry if this subject has been discussed and re-discussed a million
times (before i joined the list), but I could really use some tips on
validating with the BrailleNote. I've got the rtf file transferred but,
for some reason, am unable to understand what all the format markers are.
I understand the more basic ones (line break, page break, etc.), but there
are a lot of others showing up that are impossible to identify. Even when
using speech, all I hear is "format marker". Any suggestions?

P.S. If I don't respond right away, it's because my computer is having
serious issues with staying plugged in; the only way I have power is if I
*hold* my power cable in its socket while typing with the other hand
(another reason that validating on the BN is becoming a necessity).
