Rose, The thing to do is to count 7days fromt he time you download, including that day, and then go to the upload button and renew if you want to keep working on a book. Then count seven again, and keep renewing. The books are available for renewal even a couple of days before day 7. You can renew as often as you want. You can even have more than one book downloaded, though certain people don't want people to have too many at one time, so that you can work on different books for variety. For example, if you get tired of the medical terminology book you might want to work on a mystery or romance for a while. Just remember to renew. It helps if you take a new book within one or two days of renewing the book you hve so you can renew all the books at once rather than having to remember different dates.
