Hi, JIm, I've tried that with a couple of things and for some reason the things I've pasted aren't recognized and aren't changed -- nor have they been when I've typed them in. Usually that works, but with some things, it doesn't. The only thing I can figure is that although what I see looks normal, like the same thing in my word, it's somehow different in the scanner's ocr. I've had to change it manually.
