Hi, Mary and all. I didn't know it was permitted to zip a file again to upload it back to Bookshare. It's not an issue for me, since I have DSL, but I just didn't know that was allowed. I thought it had to be in a text format, but not zipped. Take care. Or you can access the zip file, seen as a folder, right from within k1000. Once you have opened the file, you can run ranked spelling on it, run auto corrections on it, do all the things you'd normally do to clean up a file. Then save it as rtf. Zip it up if you want, especially important if you're not on a broad band connection, and send it back. Mary
