Did you do anything that was out of the ordinary? Add a table? Add accent marks
or any special characters?
What's the name of the book? I'll see if I can find it in the system somewhere.
The customer support guys know more about Kurzweil than I do. Call them on
Tuesday, or shoot them an email. They may be able to help you.

I'm sorry Carrie, if I said it was a .doc. My major
mistake. It's an rtf,. I work directly from the file I received. In my other
life I work with doc files and had a senior moment.
I am not allowed beyond the point on the my checked
out books which says Check in. At that point I'm sent to an error page. Hope
this helps.

The system doesn't accept .doc files, it has to be an .rtf file. Save the file
as an .rtf and try again.

I used Kurzweil. It is a .doc file. But I can't get beyond the check-in link.
It appears to be a faulty link.But since I'm not getting to the file, that
shouldn't (note, shouldn't, <grin>) matter.

Hi. I have a book which is ready to be checked in. Every time I check it in I
get a page error. I've submitted it to tech support with no results. I have
released the book and gotten it back, tried it again. No joy--still an error
page. I've returned other books, and it isn't something I'm doing. Any
suggestions, please?
