Hi Cindy,
I can only speak for the ones I marked fair as a validator. There was
illegible text throughout, and missing words. You would probably save time
by rescanning them. But if you want Carrie's address, it is:

She probably has a Benetech address too, but said we could use either one.
I hope this helps some. But again, I can only speak for the ones I rated as
fair.

I have a question...probably for Carrie, but I don't have her direct email

Can Bookshare take the fair books, convert them into rtf files and post them
as step 1. It sounds like the complaint is about scanning errors that could
be fixed by a validator.
This could at least save some work because the book would not have to be
scanned again. Maybe they do need a complete rescan. I don't know. I don't
have access to Bookshare files.
Just a question.
