You certainly have my get well quick wishes. I can't even imagine feeling like

Hi Everyone,
Wel, After coming down with what I thought was the flue or some kind of food
poisoning, which I had back in March, I landed myself in the hospital with a
severe ruptured appendicx. I will most likely be in until Thursday they say.
I came in last night about 9:30 or so and went into surgery at about 2:30 in
the morning. The doctor said it was one of the more severe ones he has seen.
Today, I am doing better, still in some pain and very sore and on lots of anti
biotics.
Keep me in your thoughts and it looks like it will be a week of catching up
on some reading.
