I found this book on my compact flash drive, yes there are enough files on there that sometimes things get overlooked, and yes don't laugh.
Anyway, we had a "fair" copy, and now it isn't even showing up, so... I would assume, heheeeeh, as we know what happens to those who assume, that I can finish editing this and get it submitted. It might need a bit of visual help but we shall see.
