Hi, Pat. I doubt you'll get in trouble. *smile* No, nothing is perfect, and
I don't expect it to be. I was just curious was all. Take care.

Support

Hi Julie,

Oh, I hope I don't get in trouble for starting this thread. I do not blame
you one bit for being upset. I did get both of my download extention
requests filled, one in April and one this July.

Paulette Stokes is the one who was questioning this, so I was writing on
her behalf, however she has since then gotten the download extention
request from her second email sent to BookShare support.

I'm glad I called her yesterday to see if she had gotten an email response,
and she did. Had I sent my messages that I had written before calling her.
I would have opened a bad can of worms.

I'm going to go have another cup of coffee now, and then download some more
books. lol.

I'll always love BookShare. Nothing in this world is perfect. <smile>

I know it will get better. Perhaps some of us should do the tech support
calls for BookShare, and they could re-route the calls when they come in,
and the email, also. Just a thought. <smile>

Thanks and everyone is loving!
