Also when you hit, alt plus down or up arrow Jaws, at least version 6 and
above will read the material to you, even when if you use the
conventional
arrow keys alone it doesn't, smile. No idea why, but was quite a
surprise
the one day I did it by accident and it worked.

I sure don't have a solution to this problem, but in my experience the
problem has most to do with font size. Have you tried reducing the
unreadable title to like maybe 16-point? I'm not sure how small something
has to be before it's guaranteed readable, but since font size doesn't
survive conversion it might make sense to select the whole document and
pick
a uniform font size that's small enough for JAWS to be happy.
