Hi Sue, I'm so glad it works! They have always said that keyboard commands haven't changed from older versions of Word. I'm so glad to know that's true! You have a great day too! Yes, it works like a charm in Word 2010!! It does seem that if one ignores the ribbon menu for the most part, the older Word commands still work!! Thanks again, and have a great day!! Sue S. That is a toggle, so if the selected text is underlined it'll be made not so, and if the text that is selected is not underlined, it'll become underlined. That works in Word 2003, and I suspect it will in Word 2010 too. Hope that helps you! If I have left out any steps, please ask again. Happy proofreading! If I deletethe numbers and type them again, they are still underlined. Is there a fix for this in Word 2010? Thanks, Sue S. _____ No virus found in this message.
