It is there.
Is on the second page, under the burlbs about the editors and the preprint
designer and crap. Under "To Learn More about other titles from World book.
Both have copyright sign and then 2005 World Book, Inc.
Copied it from those pages to put in the form.
Is a wierd set up but honest they are there, smile.
