Sounds like one of two possibilities.

1. Your file has punctuation in it. Remove it and wellah.

or

2. You didn't strip the "formatting from the file when you were in Kurzweil.

Open the file in word, hit a space, delete the space and then save.

Try these.

Thanks for responding. When I said uploading, I was really talking about
submitting, and I did indeed get a form but with no error indicated. I
eliminated the cookies etc. as you suggested, then re-submitted with the
same result. Then I tried submitting a different book, actually quite a bit
longer, and had no problem. I could submit the file as txt, but I would
rather not if I can avoid it. Any suggestions?

  Dr. Cross,

when your returned to the page, are any of the fields marked with
specific errors? Are you entering the ISBN number? If you are, perhaps you
may wish to take it out. If you are returned to the page without any
indication of where the error appears, you are probably faced with the
Bookshare problem that many of us have faced on occasion. This error brings
you back to the submit page without any indication at all where the errors
are located. Try Deleting your temporary internet files along with your
cookies. You can do that through Internet Explorer/Tools/Internet Options.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have specific questions.

I am trying to upload a fairly short book called William Shakespeare's
Richard III. No matter what I do, I am told that the information is
incomplete. Can anyone help?
