I think that it was at least strongly implied that transmitting an occasional page or passage for the purposes we on this list transmit them is okay. The implication was strong enough that I would feel fairly confident in continuing to do so. However, we were, indeed, not flatly and straight-forwardly told that. I really would prefer an unambiguous statement.
