book. They may be swamped in student requests right now.  Alisa will ask

Ok. I'll get the book and send it to Bookshare. Is Carrie still handling
this? What has happened to the checkout queue? I did some proofing two years
ago, but I don't have time now. Perhaps Cindy will still get to do the
