Hi all,

I've had this trouble with a couple of books, and I've discovered that if the page length is custom, you tend to get this sort of thing, so I have left my current book at Letter and it has no extraneous page breaks. Now I *know* the docs say you're supposed to change the paper size, but when it causes this kind of malarkiface...
