There's another copy sitting in the admin pool. There's one in the rejection pool because two copies got submitted to the system.
So, there isn't a need for anyone to resubmit anything, smile.
And yes, the rejection pool has to be processed just like the admin pool, Gustavo must go through each rejection and decide whether the volunteer has done things correctly.
