I just received a note from Bookshare IT that there is a glitch in the
software we use for tracking bugs such as the errors you are experiencing
with the Check Out List. It has caused a backup and slowed response time.

What would be very helpful to the engineers is to have as much detail as
possible. Reporting the error messages has been helpful. Also what
operating system, what browser, any AT, and exact time is helpful.

We are not experiencing the same problem in-house so this level of detail
helps isolate the problem.
